Here's what others are saying about Assisted Goals

Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with Buddy about what he was looking to execute with a type of scholarship opportunity for players with families who couldn’t otherwise afford extra instruction, league fees, etc. I believe this is a very great idea and project that can really prove beneficial to the players, the game, and even the community. The game of hockey has a tendency to be a little on the expensive side at times and this can prevent certain players and families from getting the most out of the game and go as far as they potentially could. - Nick Battista

I recently spoke with Buddy Snyder about Assisted Goals' vision to help players through a new scholarship program. Being a Female Head Coach and having to fight through issues of inclusion my entire career I strongly believe the game of hockey should be for everyone but unfortunately that is still not the case. Hockey is not financially feasible for everyone and this is where these scholarships can be so helpful to the community and help grow the game. A program to remove barriers for athletes that have the talent but may not have the means to fulfill their true potential is long overdue in the area. . - Sheri Hudspeth
